The Garden Says… is a mixed reality artwork by Michelle & Uri Kranot that invites audiences into a living, hand-painted world where art, technology, and ecology intertwine. Combining immersive storytelling, animation, and performance art, the piece creates a poetic space for reflection, play, and connection in a meditative counterpoint to digital entertainment.

Presented as a collective ritual and contemplative journey, either as a standalone work or with performers, The Garden Says… invites visitors of all ages to experience ecological interdependence through multisensory interaction and shared presence. Its slow, non-linear rhythm opens space for curiosity, sensuality and imagination.

The Garden Says… journey began with being selected for the 2022 edition of the Venice Biennale College and has since received early recognition — including a Special Mention at CPH: DOX and presentations at the Venice Biennale and SMK Fridays in 2025. Now, the project embarks on a broader journey across museums, botanical gardens, festivals, and online platforms.

Alongside exhibitions, The Garden Says… grows through partnerships with cultural institutions, schools, and communities, ensuring the work inspires dialogue and awareness.
